ONIT CONSULTING

A free Operations Snapshot for your next advantage

The free Operations Snapshot is for companies with 15 or more employees that want a clearer view of their current software and what it is costing the business. You have already built something valuable. Your tools helped you get here. The Snapshot offers a useful starting point for considering connected systems and the next opportunity for your people, without asking you to commit to a replacement project simply to begin a conversation.

Understand the software around the business

A software subscription is only one part of the picture. Employees may enter the same information several times, maintain separate lists, or wait for somebody to explain what happened. The owner may be the only person able to connect orders, stock, completed work, and cash. A system can still work while those surrounding burdens grow.

The Snapshot gives you a look at your current software and what it is costing you, in terms relevant to the business. That does not mean every application needs replacement. Some tools may continue to serve you well. The opportunity may be a clearer connection, a better operational view, or a supported move to a different foundation.

An NDA before any data is shared

Confidential company information should not be included in a public inquiry. The initial form asks for contact details and a high-level description of what you would like to improve. Please do not send customer files, financial records, or other confidential material there. An NDA is signed before any data is shared for the Snapshot.

That boundary lets you express interest without treating a website form as an unrestricted document intake. You can describe the general problem, the tools you use, and the business size without disclosing sensitive records. The next conversation can then establish an appropriate basis for any further information.

A live readout with a dedicated consultant

You receive a live readout with a dedicated consultant. We never just email a report and leave you to work out what it means. The intended result is an understandable view of the current software picture and the available opportunity, with room to discuss what matters to your company. A document alone cannot substitute for that conversation.

The owner should be able to distinguish a meaningful improvement from another application to supervise. Employees should benefit from clearer work and less busywork, not a message that AI will replace them. The Snapshot is a way to consider whether connected systems could give the team more capability and give you more breathing room.

The next step remains your decision

An optional paid Deep Dive can help you decide what follows. Its fee is credited toward implementation if you choose OnIT for your new ERP/MRP system. No price or project commitment is implied by requesting the free Snapshot. If the company chooses to proceed, the relevant scope and responsibilities should be explicit rather than assumed from the website.

Possible next engagements include ERP or MRP selection, implementation, replacement, EDI, or business system integration. Those are different outcomes and need not all be included. The important question is whether the business has a worthwhile opportunity and whether the proposed next step fits the people, priorities, and practical needs of the company.

Start by sharing your name, company, business size, and a brief description of what you want to improve. You may also describe what your business does and the tools you use. OnIT will respond to set up a short call. Let’s get OnIT means taking a sensible next step, not signing up for a software project before you know whether it is the right one.
